Shifts during store hours: Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM; some stores also open Sunday 12 to 5 PM
You open the store, greet the first walk-in, and quote their repair. Then the job goes to your bench: a cracked screen, a battery, a charging port. Between repairs you help a customer choose a phone or a case, and call people when their device is ready. Before close you log the parts you used and hand finished repairs back to their owners.
